As a dietary supplement for: Adults and Children Over 12 Years: 2 teaspoons 3 to 4 times per day; Children (2 to 12 Years): 1 teaspoon 3 to 4 times per day; Infants (6 months to 2 Years): 1/2 teaspoon 3 to 4 times per day. Store in a cool and dry place, below 77 degrees F.
